How does Aida Event Rentals & Services WEBSITE work?
Our portal allows customers to rent/hire products or services. Rentals are quoted on daily or weekly rates; however, if you require long-term or bulk rentals, please contact us directly for attractive offers. Payments are to be made before collection.

What are the collection/return timings and venue?
Generally, collections and returns may be made at 21 Woodlands Close #08-46A PRIMZ Bizhub Singapore 737854 during the below timings:
- Weekdays: 5:00pm to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am to 12:00pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
Should you require timings other than the above stated, please contact us directly.
We provide delivery to any location in Singapore at additional charges.
What happens if I have made a reservation, but need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?
For cancellations, please note that we may levy an administrative charge at least, depending on the circumstances. Please view our Rental Policy page on Cancellations.
What documents do I need to provide for renting items?
We would require your NRIC or other forms of identification with your address stated for verification purposes.
What do you do if the rented item is damaged or lost during the rental period?
Fret not, we are here to help! Please contact us directly asap. Depending on the situation, we will then work out a solution together with you accordingly.

How long in advance do I have to make a reservation for the rented item?
Typically, a 3 days’s lead timing would suffice for us to prepare and ensure that the item you are interested in renting is ready for your collection. If you require the item urgently, please contact us directly.
What if I need to rent the item urgently for same day collection?
No worries! Simply send us a message on the chat via the website, or on our mobiles and we will get in touch with you shortly!
What happens if I'm unable to return the items on time or if I would like to extend the rent period?
Please contact us directly. We will then advise accordingly if we are able to extend your lease period (subject to availability). Charges stilll apply.
What are the modes of payment?
We accept Paynow, Bank Transfer as well as Credit card payment.
What happens to your security deposit if the rented item is damaged/lost during the rental period?
Your security deposit would be withheld during return of the rented item, so we can assess the amount required to repair or replace the damaged or lost rented item respectively. Further charges may apply. Please refer to our Rental Policy for more details.
