RENTAL POLICY - HOW IT WORKS

• Standard rental period is 3 days, inclusive of the day of self-collection and self-return. 
• Collections and Returns to be scheduled within our operating hours. 
• All rental items are to be collected from and returned at 21 Woodlands Close #08-46A Primz Bizhub Singapore 737854.

Self-collection

• A security deposit is payable in cash/PayNow/PayLah before collection of the rented items. This deposit will be returned within 3 working days, once all equipment are accounted for and in good condition.

Setup & Teardown by Aida Event Rentals & Services

• This is only applicable to customers who have engaged us to schedule delivery of their rented equipment and setup services with us in advance.
• A security deposit is payable in cash/PayNow/PayLah before the scheduled setup. This deposit will be returned upon teardown, once all equipment are accounted for and in good condition.

• Missing or damaged rented items are chargeable at full retail value. This charge will be deducted from the security deposit. 
• Please ensure that all rental items are returned in their original boxes/packaging. Missing or damaged boxes/packaging will incur a one-time charge of $10.
• Stained fabric will incur a cleaning fee of $10 per piece of fabric. This applies to table cloth, backdrop cloth, table runners, overlays and cloth napkins.

• Batteries are excluded from all rental items (unless otherwise stated)
• Please ensure that all lights are switched off when not in use, or when no one is around to supervise.

• In the event that the item that you have rented is not available, we seek your understanding to accept the following solution(s) 
• Replace the unavailable item with another item of similar value in our inventory, OR 
• Receive 100% refund for the said unavailable item.

• For events that require Aida Event Rentals & Services to set-up and teardown on the same day, the teardown should not be later than 7PM, any later the collection will be the next working day, else additional charges will incur. No collection past 9PM.
• Collection after 7PM will incur surcharges as follow:
• Night Collection (After 7pm, last collection 9pm): $20 
• Sunday Collection (Before 12pm): $20

• Where there is a change of event date, Aida Event Rentals & Services will make every effort to transfer all product rentals and services to the new date. Any expenses arising from the date change, including but not limited to fees that are non-refundable, will be the sole responsibility of the client. 
• For last minute changes, please take note that Aida Event Rentals & Services will not be responsible for any impact on product availability and/or event quality.

• All cancellations must be informed to Aida Event Rentals & Services.
• There will be no refund for custom-made items or prints once you have submitted the order. 
• Cancellation made more than 7 days prior to collection/event date: 
• - Remaining paid amount after deducting $10 admin fee.
• Cancellation made 4-6 days prior to collection/event date: 
• - Remaining paid amount after deducting $15 admin fee
• Cancellation made 1-3 days prior to the collection/event date: 50% Refund
• No notice of cancellation given or no show on the collection/event date: No refund
• No Refund given to the customer once items have left our premises.

The client assumes all responsibility and liability caused by any injury or damages caused to any person and property sustained from any item leased to them from Aida Event Rentals & Services. The client further agrees to indemnify Aida Event Rentals & Services in any legal action arising out of any injury or damage allegedly caused by any item leased by Aida Event Rentals & Services, including but not limited to the cost of any attorney's fees and court costs associated with any litigation in defence of any said litigation.

The client shall not make any alterations, additions, modifications, or improvements to the equipment and shall use it only for the purpose and in the manner for which it was intended by Aida Event Rentals & Services. The client may not permit the equipment to be used by another party or at a different location without the express written consent of Aida Event Rentals & Services either, in the form of SMS, WhatsApp or email, prior to the payment. 

By making payment and providing the information needed to process the order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms and conditions contained in the Rental Information above.
